Filmmakers to viewers, and people related to film don’t have enough knowledge about film, which is an important fact for this critical situation in our country. Film’s past, present, future, concept, rules, recent information, technologies are unknown to people. For that reason Bangladeshi films are going towards backward from world class film in every moment.
 
Though we are desirous of acquiring knowledge about film, it’s really tough in Bangladesh to do so. Because, there was no film related school or institute few days ago. Till now this number is not sufficient. Luckily situation is now improving. The new generation is now zealous about film. But their interest is obstructed for the shortage of film related information and lack of film-based books.
 
Internet is a modern technology to collect information at present. But unfortunately, there also our film is distress. We cannot get satisfactory information about Bangladeshi film on Internet.
 
We are the student of “Film and Media” department at Stamford University Bangladesh. We are also suffering lot for the lack of complete information about our film. We constantly feel privation of a flourish source about film related information. This distress and emptiness encouraged us to do something new for its solution.
